Minimum lock in is 24 months
Guest can cancel any time after 24 months by sending email or contacting customer care
In case of any dispute guest cannot claim more that two months of membership fee
Memberships cancelled before 20th of every month shall pe processed in the same month
Memberships cancelled after 20th of every month shall be considered in next month for cancellation
Membership cannot be cancelled mid month
Membership fee for current month shall not be refunded in case of cancellation
All refunds shall be processed within 72 hours of acceptance of cancellation
Membership fee shall be collected once a month
